How to cope with stress
Quick Write #6
The way i cope with stress is i just don't let it get to me. For example one way i cope with stress is i just take some time to myself you know like i just sleep and the next time i wake up I'm better and i can think better and i can work without being so stress about what ever i was stressing about.

Academic Shoot reflection
1. What challenges did you encounter while trying to get the photos following the rules I set out for you? Some of the things that i encounter while i was trying to get my photos was what exactly should i be looking for like what kind of picture will the others be able to understand.
2. What technical aspects of photography or the assignment in general (focus, framing, holding the camera, etc.) did you find yourself thinking about the most? Provide a specific example of what you did to do this correctly. I was thinking mostly about contrast since i have more trouble with that .
3. If you could do the assignment again, what would you do differently now that you know some basic rules of photography? I would actually keep looking around the school until o find the picture that i really like for that specific subject.
4. What things would you do the same?I would actually keep my writing the same i would just change my pictures a little bit.
5. When you go out with your next set of prompts, which rule do you think will be the easiest to achieve? I think the more easiest subject that i would be able to achieve is the one that i actually understand really good
6. Which rule do you think will be the hardest to capture? The rule that would be the hardest for me would be the one that i would not understand at all.
7. What rule are you still not totally clear on and what can you do to figure out what that rule is? I really couldn't understand contrast i mean i always get it mistaken by some thing else i do not know why.

Elements of Art and Principles of Design in Photography
Elements of Art
Line- are marks made by a pointed tool: brush, pencil, pen, etc. Lines can vary in width, direction, curvature, length, or color.
Shape-are formed wherever the ends of a continuous line meet. Geometric shapes such as circles, triangles or squares have perfect, uniform measurements and don't often appear in nature. Organic shapes are associated with things from the natural world, like plants and animals.
Color-wheels show the primary colors, secondary colors, and the tertiary (intermediate) colors. They also show the relationships between complementary colors across from each other, such as blue and orange; and analogous (similar or related) colors next to each other such as yellow, green, and blue. Black and white may be thought of as colors but, in fact, they are not. White light is the presence of all color; black is the absence of reflected light and therefore the absence of color.
Value (Tone)-or tone, refers to dark and light; the value scale refers to black and white with all gradations of gray in between. Value contrasts help us to see and understand a two-dimensional work of art.
Form-describes objects that are three-dimensional, having length, width, and height.
Texture-can be rough, bumpy, slick, scratchy, smooth, silky, soft, prickly--the list is endless. Texture refers to the surface quality, both simulated and actual, of artwork.
Space-refers to distances or areas around, between, or within components of a piece. Space can be positive (white or light) or negative (black or dark), open or closed, shallow or deep, and two-dimensional or three-dimensional.
Principles of Design
Balance:
it has the same mass on each side
Contrast:
its darker in some other areas
Emphasis:
moves to you
Movement:
it moves in the photo
Pattern:
it is a pattern
Rhythm:
it moves
Unity:
it fills the picture

Academics Photo Shoot
The Story
I picked this photo as "the story" because to me it tells me a story about how we as the people should take care of our planet. It also tells me that we should at least make some time and help out keeping the earth clean. I think that its so nice of these people to help out i actually admire them for what they are doing and that they actually care about our environment.
Action and Emotion
I also picked this picture as "action and emotion" because this tells me that they are having fun and they did not expect for their experiment to explode out of no where. The action in this picture is obliviously when their experiment went wrong as you can see. The emotion in this picture is that they are happy and their having fun.
Filling the frame
I picked this photo as "filling the frame" because its interesting and its filling in the whole picture with people who are i guess helping the environment.I think that is is really nice of them to do that. As you can see in this picture their is so many thing going on that you have to pay really close attention in order to understand whats rally going on.

little girl taking a photo
Quick write #1
I like this picture because i think that its something you don't see that often, but I still think that it is very disrespectful of her to be doing that at that moment. It is also an example of simplicity. That is what i think about that photo.
